Advantages: The plain stuff is very cheap. As a whole, this is a brilliant bait!!!!!
Disadvantages: Fattens fish so they look funny sometimes, can get overfed which fishery owners don't like. In fact they are banned on a fair few venues these days.

...Pellet huh?? The best bait in the world (only on Mondays), but banned on many fisheries. Why’s that then?? To be honest I don’t really know. I’ve seen it done in a few places but have only really heard the gossipy reasons (from the owners, sisters, brothers, friends, nephew who got it off his dog etc. etc.). One was that it just caught too many fish. Anglers were catching too much, and to compete with each other they were introducing vast amounts of the stuff to keep the fish to themselves. I won’t go on though, it’s the bait I’m here for. I suppose they’re more commonly known as ‘Trout Pellets’ (that’s what many of them are, but there are some specially manufactured ones around now that are supposed to be more friendly to fisheries and fish). Advantages: Safe, Friendly, Modern Place To Get Fit
Disadvantages: Some may find it expensive

...of the gym (only downside) is the spinning class, this is a group motivated cycling class done to loud music & varies from beginner through to advance so there is a something for everyone, by far and away the best class I've ever taken, improves your stamina, strength, posture & is great fun. The aerobics studio has fitness classes from circuit to boxercise, mind & body classes from pilates to yoga & dance classes, so there is always plenty to choose from as the classes run all day. All Ares are equipped with music, water foundations & paper towels for you're comfort. There is always a friendly member of staff on hand if you need guidance or a little bit of a routine working out, depending on what you want to achieve. Advantages: Small, comfy, brilliant.
Disadvantages: Not as good as a full size pillow.

...My Inflatable Friend (You should have heard my first title!!!) ; ) These pillows are fantastic, in my case, I used to make do with an old pillow case stuffed with a couple of jumpers or whatever came to hand, but now I have one of these, I realise how good they are. I use if for the occasional bit of camping, but mainly nights away when truck driving. I had heard of these a long time ago, but after trying several camping shops, as well as local high street shops, I had given up on finding one, but straight out of the blue, a mate of mine came round and threw one at me! I accepted it with thanks, thinking it was not quite as good as I thought.
