KARVE up the streets on this MTB
Review of Claud Butler Karve Mountain Bike by
davesonic
Advantages: Price, Ride, Street Cred !!
Disadvantages: Hard seat for long rides !
...Having used an MBK Raider hartdail for the last 10 years, and seeing all this new suspension technology coming in, I was tempted to purchase a new Mountain Bike. After looking at all the options :- hardtail, front suspension only, front and rear suspension, I decided to go for the Claud Butler Karve Full Suspension Bike. The price was £400, and for this you get an all alloy frame and rear swingarm, front Suntour MG81 with preload adjusters and disc mounts, rear RS-I alloy shock, Alivio 24 speed with Acera STI shifters, front Grimeca cable disk brake, rear Vuelta alloy 'v' brake, Tioga aheadset, Vuelta tyres and Airline 1 rims, Zoom stem, QR front and rear, QR seatpost plus Tioga Multi Control 2 seat with Kevlar sided panels (which can be a bit painful on long rides! ) (phew !!). The ride itself it very lively, giving great control...

David Lloyd Clubs - Raynes Park, London
Review of David Lloyd Clubs, Raynes Park, London by
Hector07
Advantages: 12 min walk from Raynes Park station 7 min from W. Chase. Ample parking
Disadvantages: Expensive, classes often full,
...I am a member of the David Lloyd Clubs - Raynes Park and have been very disappointed that the pools and spa facilities are too often closed and out of action.
When open, only 1/2 the pool is available for laps (which gets very crowded in the evenings) and the other 1/2 of the pool is for people to stand and chat and children to play, even during peak times.
Another concern is the booking system for fitness classes which, by the time you have got through on the phone, often results in the class being full.
No towels are provided to members unlike other Wimbledon clubs.
The gym has got a good range of equipment and sufficient machines. The music in the gym is repetitive and there is no choice of channels to watch during your workout.
There is a 3 month lock in clause in the contract.
My advice join a different club......

What Is Rebounding?
To put it simply - its bouncing on a mini trampoline. Unlike regular trampolining, the aim isn't to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements.
The benefits of Rebounding are:
Its a zero-impact exercise, rebounding provides many benefits for you and your body:
