Taking it to the Promax

Advantages: Lots of protein per serving and will certainly help you increase muscle. Nice Chocolate bars
Disadvantages: Not enough servings for your money, there are better tasting shakes out there

I began using Promax after I had used another of Maximuscle's range to help me lose weight. Once I had lost the weight I wanted to step up to the next level and I had hoped Promax would help me to acheive this. In my opinion Promax certainly will help you increase lean muscle mass. Of course this is provided you are working out hard too, there are no miracles out there or at least none I'm aware of. However, I have since tried another protein shake and my experience with this one would make it unlikely for me to go back to Promax, at least on a regular basis. Advantages: energy booster
Disadvantages: do not take strawberry flavor

maximuscle promax extreme is a protein powder which boosts energy! I used promax for couple of months then found this, been through two tubs of extreme so far and noticed a big inprovment in muscle size,strengh and recovery time. training hard 3-4 days a week and will be sticking with this. bit more expensive than other products but its working. strawberry is best mixes better with hot water if you can drink it.The Strawberry and chocolate are ok to drink far easier to drink if you add milk for the slow release effect.
