Life Gear, I'm not so sure!

Advantages: Light weight and simple
Disadvantages: Limited use, dull.No real chance of progression

Best EMS i've used and i've used a few

Advantages: Can be used with water to keep costs down (running costs next to nothing)
Disadvantages: To make the pads more condive you have to use gel
