A weights bench that doesn't wobble!!!!! Atlast!!!!!!

Advantages: stable and versatile....did I mention stable (Its excellent)
Disadvantages: A bit costly, the weights you will need are expensive.

Instant Abs

Advantages: Easy to use, Easy to store away, works well
Disadvantages: Can get boring to use

The Instant Abs machine was a product which I bought as it was advertised a lot on Sky. I was impressed with how much it worked as I did see a difference in my abdominal and oblique muscles in just a matter of weeks. The video that accompanied the product was also very helpful and the fitness plan was very simple to follow. You really do need to be watching television or listening to music when you use this product as it is extremely boring to ...
