A weights bench that doesn't wobble!!!!! Atlast!!!!!!

Advantages: stable and versatile....did I mention stable (Its excellent)
Disadvantages: A bit costly, the weights you will need are expensive.

Decent beginners weights bench

Advantages: easy to assemble

Instant Abs

Advantages: Easy to use, Easy to store away, works well
Disadvantages: Can get boring to use

The Instant Abs machine was a product which I bought as it was advertised a lot on Sky. I was impressed with how much it worked as I did see a difference in my abdominal and oblique muscles in just a matter of weeks. The video that accompanied the product was also very helpful and the fitness plan was very simple to follow.
