I love this new gym, I have lost 1 stone in 3 months. This week the cycles and rowers arrived and now I feel that I can vary my workout each time I go. It is relaxing and friendly.
There is one slight problem. The gym isn't as clean as it could be. The cross trainer bases are covered in dust, no-one regularly goes round and removes empty bottles and tissue from the little slots on the machines, the showers can contain nasty stuff, the toilets are often blocket, the bins are often full. There is no air freshener, which would help when we have a client with a problem.
These things need to be addressed quickly as it is a little off puting.
