Excellent ladies gym - has had a "refurbishment" but the changing rooms are no different - still less than clean and never any toilet paper in the toilets. The current manager is not great, but having said that the rest of the staff are friendly, warm, welcoming and very professional. The personal trainers are good value for money - would definitely recommend Leroy who is innovative and great fun and will keep your motivation levels high. On the whole not too bad for the money - very large, good classes, not bad free weights, excellent ladies gym and lots of cv equipment. ...
