I am a member of the Romford fitness first. I recently parked in their members car park, and because I was seen going to boots (to buy shampoo) rather than walk straight into the gym, I was wheel clamped and forced to pay £200 removal fee. This has been done on the request of the Romford fitness first manager. This has also occurred to many other members. Any members or visitors should be aware of the treatment of members by this company.
The shower and sauna areas a very poor with a lack of sanitation and working facilities. I guess its what you get for a cheap fee. The staff are rude and show little motivation in there surroundings and their customers well being. You really have to be desperate to join this place.
