They truly are Money First & Fitness Last organization.

I am planning to take legel action against them for causing mental harassment.

1) You will end up paying the full year payments even if you die or in the ICU (Money extracting service).
2) No medical certificate or documents will satisfy them that you are in-capable of exercising.
3) You will have to face threatening phone calls, letters, debt collection agency if you miss or stop payment (consider above 2 points also).
4) In-experienced gym instructors (very dangerous to people who don't know how to exercise).
5) Gym instructors don't monitor whether you are doing your exercise the right way (very dangerous, possibility of injury).
6) They are only concerned if they are receiving their direct Debit payments.
7) Very rude and customer unfriendly (Managers don't even bother to meet the members if you have a complaint).
8) The administration department is totally detached from their branches (you will hear different versions if you interact at the branch and if you interact with the admin).
9) They are expensive too (there are good gym starting from 16£/Month).
10) 20£ Joining fees
35£ Admin Fees
7.5£ for keeping not using and putting you membership on hold.
Even if you have a fixed period contract (12 or 3 or 6 months contracts) you will have to inform them 1 month before your contract end date, or else they send Credit-collection agency.
11) No swimming pool.

Everything looks rosy when there is no problem, the nightmare will start when you decide to leave.
