Advantages: Works with the Wii Balance Board and includes diet menus Disadvantages: The Wii Balance Board doesn't always give accurate scoring
I bought my Wii Fit when it first came on to the market but after a while using it becomes quite frustrating and tedious so I have advanced to other programmes using the Wii in order to improve my fitness. When I saw that FitnessFirst were brining out a Wii Fitness programme I just had to give it a try.
I placed and advance order with Amazon for the game and now I am pleased to say it has arrived.
Out of the Box
I have never really been known for my patience so it wasn't too long after the postman had delivered it before I had opened the case and put the disc into the console. I was very pleased to see that it was simplicity itself to get started (no need to read the instructions at this stage!). It's just like Brain Training with a daily test, complete with a slightly abstract body age which seems completely based on your ability to shift your weight around. During the test your Mii's physique is adjusted to match your BMI. This was hilarious as my little guy was inflated to become a fat ...
