Clean gym, with well informed staff who are friendly and approachable. Gym is well equipt, though some equiptment when out of order, does take some time to be repaired. Many classes run throughout the day and evening, though choice limited if you want to do things during off peak. Personal trainer avvailable but a bit overpriced on top of gym membership, and hours trainer available can be limiting.Found the gym and instructors non threatining and as a woman going to the gym alone, every one very supportive without being intrusive.Nights out and various activities, pub crawls etc., go on and all are welcome, but difficult to take full part in if you are a tetottaler! Sports injury clinic available and treatment room. Found this useful and practitioner well qualified and proffesional.
