This is one of my favourite branches of Fitness First due to the friendly and informed staff and the welcome reception.
The members are welcoming and it is a great venue to make new friends whilst keeping fit.
The timetable of fitness classes is excellent: varied and interesting. Offering cardiovascular challenges in addition to relaxing and toning classes. The equipment is well laid out and no cardio station feels as though it is squashed in.
The free weights are accessible and there is always an instructor on hand to advise and partner when necessary. This Fitness First centre is one of the best in Greater London and has maintained its high standard since opening. If you need to get fit in a friendly multicultural environment this is the best.
