I used to hate going to the gym but Wii Fit has transformed Mii

Advantages: Helps improve posture and fitness in a fun way
Disadvantages: You may get bored of the activities after a while and not great if you are already very fit

move and left and right to avoid obstacles. I do like the game where you are on a board and you have to move your weight in order to tilt the board and guide balls so that they fall through holes onto the board below. You can even play the step game when you are just watching telly as you just set the time you want to work out for and the wii remote will click to give you the correct timing for each step. You can increase the speed in order to give yourself a more difficult work out. I have found the Wii Fit fairly effective at improving my posture and balance and for losing a few pounds in a fun way. Advantages: Great fun, whole family can get involved, helps to keep you fit
Disadvantages: It is quite expensive

You need to stand on the balance board for the various exercises and games that you will take part in. The balance board is slightly different from a normal set of weighing scales because as well as being able to measure you weight, it can also judge how much weight you place on each foot and where you centre of gravity (COG) is. From all this ...

From Wii Fat To Wii Fit

Advantages: ability to play games and stay in shape, charts your progress, a lot of exercise unlocks
Disadvantages: requires a bit of time to setup, not really suited for high fitness levels as there's better games

life and doesn't get time to go the gym, or you may be the type of person who just spends way too much time sat down playing PC games - Wii Fit is a good introduction to the world of entertainment living room sport activities! Upon first use of the Wii Fit, you will no doubt break up a hefty sweat. This is all good as it helps prepare you for the harder exercises that you can unlock the longer you spend using Wii Fit. This feature alone is enough for most people to keep going back on a regular basis to stay in shape while not having to pay gym fees. Another feature worth mentioning is that you can also log your information onto the Wii itself and it charts your progress each time you logon. If you miss a day or two it will get upset and will let you know this! Don't upset the Wii Fit - it might add an extra 40yrs to your Wii Fit Age if ...
