I do like the game where you are on a board and you have to move your weight in order to tilt the board and guide balls so that they fall through holes onto the board below.
You can even play the step game when you are just watching telly as you just set the time you want to work out for and the wii remote will click to give you the correct timing for each step. You can increase the speed in order to give yourself a more difficult work out.
I have found the Wii Fit fairly effective at improving my posture and balance and for losing a few pounds in a fun way.
There are now other games you can get such as Wii Fit Plus and My Cardio Workout which you can move onto when you have mastered the Wii Fit activities.
