After months of searching we finally managed to get hold of a Nintendo Wii Fit board back in July which was hugely popular with the whole family and used almost every second that the house was occupied.
For those who may be unfamiliar with the Nintendo Wii and the Wii fit balance board I will explain these briefly first. The Wii is a games console which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). The Wii fit balance board is a rectangular board which the user stands on and it links up wirelessly to the Wii and is used to improve health through balance games, muscle and yoga poses and aerobic exercise games. Nintendo Wii Fit (Wii Fit)
I got Wii fit on Christmas day 2008 and ever since I have not got off it. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising!

In the Wii Fit box there is not too much, there is a Wii fit balance board, Wii fit Wii game, Four AA Batteries and Manuals.
