Disadvantages: it's a gym ain't it

...Fresh start fitness for women has just opened in Glasgow city centre. Part of the fitness first empire, it is a woman only gym. The aim is to build a safe enviroment so that all women can find a sactuary away from stress, media images of the thin and beautiful and excercise with all the help and encouragement they need to feel good about themselves. Having finally shed my 3st 9lbs(yes thats right) with my national slimming club membership i decided to join a gym....as luck would have it one opened specially for me. (well not really but the timing was impecable) You join, have and induction where the staff show you how to work the machines, then you are ready to start.
