I bought a pair of these bindings because I though they might stop my hands getting so cold when I had to take my gloves off to fasten my Emery regular bindings. Boy, did they do more than that.
Firstly, they are so quick to put on. Instead of cranking tight those ratchets - all four of them - you just put your foot in and snap shut the clamp.
Secondly, and more importantly for me, when the clamp is shut, you get far more control over your board. One problem I always had with regular bindings was that my foot slid around an awful lot - with Flow bindings your feet stay in the same place making turns smoother and easier. They also come with numerous ways of adjusting the fittings - my tip is to do this before you hit the slopes and not during as I found out one day when I spent about half an hour tightening the back - which I had ...

nc29 is really easy to work round, and i got the bike serviced with the help of the good old haynes manual.
all in all this is a great 1st sportsbike if you have past your test or perfect for a ladys sportbike, cheap to tax, great mpg and handling. out there are very clean models but expect to pay good money for them.
also on the 400 class with cbr 400 are the vfr 400 and the rvf 400 which was hondas flag ship 400 ...

I had originally been drawn to buy Big Brovaz's debut album after enjoying this r & b/garage collective's first big single "Nu Flow" and then hearing their follow-up "Favourite Things". But in the end, I felt a bit cheated by the album.
Don't get me wrong, there are certainly some good songs on the album, and I'm not simply talking the songs which were actually released as singles. But there seems to be far more misses than hits, and you can't help but wonder who they are trying to appeal to. Us Brits, or the decidedly more mellow American r & b market?
