Advantages: More control, more comfort, very fast Disadvantages: Must enter on toe edge
...I bought a pair of these bindings because I though they might stop my hands getting so cold when I had to take my gloves off to fasten my Emery regular bindings. Boy, did they do more than that.
Firstly, they are so quick to put on. Instead of cranking tight those ratchets - all four of them - you just put your foot in and snap shut the clamp.
Secondly, and more importantly for me, when the clamp is shut, you get far more control over your board. One problem I always had with regular bindings was that my foot slid around an awful lot - with Flow bindings your feet stay in the same place making turns smoother and easier. They also come with numerous ways of adjusting the fittings - my tip is to do this before you hit the slopes and not during as I found out one day when I spent about half an hour tightening the back - which I had...

...Ok, i'm not going to bore you with the science of golf irons, if a reveiwer started going on about the science you would be so confused that you wouldn't know which iron to get.
ping irons are one of the best irons any golfer can buy, not only do ping custom fot you out that also provide you with the iron which is best for you.
Go into any golf shop and you can buy a number of makes straight off the shelf, but what if you are 6 foot 5, or 5 foot 6? all the irons on the shelf are the same size and have the same degree of lie on the floor. Advantages: Keeps you warm, dries quickly . Disadvantages: Uncomforable seams, can be too warm .
...The Tactical Series undergear from 5.11 is designed to be worn under body armour, to keep the wearer cool, dry and comfortable. I purchased a top to use as a base layer when wearing a rucksack. As I don't really want a t-shirt 'mapping' my beer-belly, I went for the crew loose fit version, to leave a bit more to the imagination.
# 5.11 claim these will keep you cool when it is hot and warm when it is cold - I have found this t-shirt to keep me warm when it is cold and roasting hot when it is warm! In warm or hot weather, I just have to take it off as it is too hot, but in cool/cold weather, it is a brilliant warm base layer. I often just use this top with another loose normal t-shirt over it instead of taking a coat.
# 5.11 claim...

A great medium power flash which synchronises perfectly with the Olympus Evol series of digital cameras. I have used it with my E-500 and the results are pretty good. Like the camera, the more you understand what it does the better you can make use of... more
If, like me, you have an Olympus DSLR and are enjoying its flexibility and quality, you may well be considering a flash unit. At first glance, the cost of the two available Olympus units is a little off putting. In particular, I asked myself "how will... more
