Your shins saved!
Review of Nike Tiempo by kingbill

Advantages: Stops your shins from breaking!
Disadvantages: smell after a while!

...available. Onto the Nike Tiempo. These were my first choice a short while back as they look very sturdy and they are so comfortable that during the 90mins you cannot even feel them as they are as light as paper. Sostrength and comfort, I`ll give them marks of 4/5 strength and 5/5 for comfort. The only way they will break is by being booted by an opponent and believe me this happens at a lower level very often. If they do break however, no problem, ...
...on the park! And the Nike Tiempo are the ones to buy! (Marks out of 5) Strength 4 Got kicked and kicked again and the pads are still in one piece as well as my shin. Great shinpads
Review of Nike Total 90 by KPN7

Advantages: Durable, comfortable,
Disadvantages: hate to admit that anything from Nike is quality

...blue and silver with a nike logo in the middle of the primary shin pad. One feature which hasnt always being on shin pads are ankle support. These are simply thick cotton and nylon made into a bandage type material which straps along your foot and protrudes from the main shin pad. The ankle support on these shin pads is excellent. Please use it. It also helps to keep the shin pads in place. No velcro on these either. Simply wrap then around the ...
...primary shin protection is initially made from hardened PVC and is then coated with plastic mainly for looks however it does add additional protection. The reason why PVC has been used is due to the fact that PVC is extremely light weight so it shouldnt affect your genral speed and agility when either in a game or training. Another reason why it has been used is due to the fast that it is shatter proof. Safetys always an issue eh. It is lastly extremely ... Read review

Nike Tri shield
Review of Nike Tri shield by craig612

Advantages: Cheap and protect like a gem
Disadvantages: Gets sweaty like most

I love my football and I train seriously and play on a Saturday.I am always looking for a great purchase and I think I have found one.I'm always trying to protect myself from serious or minor injures when im playing or just training. Most injuries that I ever get is that I don't warm up properly but there is nothing you can do once it has happened. If you ever come to play with filthy players which shouldnt be in the game who leave you on the floor ...
...have worn protection from injures since my dad broke his leg from a nasty challenge. You should never have to pay excessive amounts of money for shin pads and these are an example as I only payed £9.99 for them which to me is a bargain.I havent seen them in any shops which is where I started looking but just type it in on the internet and it will come up. They protect the right bit of your leg and cover the right distance of your shin.It is made ... Read review

Not perfect but almost
Review of Nike Air Shield Shinguard by NottzFan

Advantages: Very well protected with these on
Disadvantages: still not perfect

Nike Air Shin pads These have got everything along with a big price tag I have worn many shin pads in my time as I play for a local Saturday club. You wouldn't believe it but shin pads are massive part of the game. It is crucial you have sufficient shin pads on while playing a competitive match, well the referee wont let you play with out them any way. The shins are one of the most painful places to get hurt. Shin pads really will stop any damage ...
...very sweaty situation. These Nike Air Shin Guards look really good, although that's not surprising coming from Nike. You can get them in many different colours the ones I have got are the red and silver ones. They look impressive and would embarrass Umbro shin pads for the looks. The shiny material used on these pads are often notice even through socks so I might look a bit silly in some cases, but you cant have it all your way. The guard really ... Read review

Review of Sondico evolution shinpads by kingchris

Advantages: Great shinpads at great price
Disadvantages: There are better shinpads than these

...from about £3.99 to £10, but whatever the price, don't be like me before I got these and go for the really expensive nike shinpads, go for the Sondico Evolution ones and go and spend the rest of the money on something else. (Like another pair of Sondico Evolution Shinpads). ... Read review
