As with all F1 review DVD's this has the best moments from the whole season on it. 2006 was a great season for formulaone with Renaults Fernando Alonso taking the World championship for a second year running and confirming his status as one of the best drivers in the world. In doing so he became one of only eight drivers in the history of Formulaone to win back to back titles. This is something he shares with the ever great Michael Schumacher and as any Formulaone fan will know 2006 was also the year in which he announced his Retirement from Formulaone ending what has been said is the greatest formulaone career of all time?his records speak for themselves.

Advantages: Talented drivers, future changes Disadvantages: Too predictable, no characters

The team only had two retirements between both drivers this season, far less than all of the other teams. This reliability difference is probably the equivalent of around 30 points per driver. If the other teams had more efficient cars then things would be a lot closer and more exciting.
The number of changes made to the way that Formula 1 works, don't seem to have had an effect on the level of competition and excitement for viewers. The races do still follow a predictable sequence, where if one or two cars get ahead at the start they often win the race. If you can't handle the pace of a Formula 1 car, there are always assists that you can choose from to make driving a little more easier. These range from brake assist to stability control, all the way to spin recovery and traction control, every assist possible is at you disposal. The difficulty levels are somewhat hindered, the easy difficulty is really easy, medium is also really easy, but then difficult is seriously hard. There seems like the developers have missed a beat with this one.
Furthermore, there are many faults with the game that make it very unrealistic. If you cut a corner to much or get shunted of the road, then the car gets limited to 100 mph ...
