I got them to the bank and being a small lake i just chucked them out about 40 yards, and they were lovely, getting a fish on they were very nice to play fish on even being 3lb tc.

The only problem i have found is distance casting, when you try to compress them for a big chuck i have noticed that the recovery on them is quite poor. You seem to be able to compress them a bit too easily and then the lead just dosent seem to go any distance at all...

...such as fox. Having brought fox products before I have never been disappointed by the quality so when I realised fox where producing such a cheap rod I felt I had to try it. To be honest it was so inexpensive that I doubted it at first when I definitely shouldn't of but now I have it I have caught many carp on it the biggest being 36lb. It handles all fish exceptionally well as absorbs most of the pressure so you don't have to. Casting wise again ...
