Through the changing rooms are 3 saunas. A humid one, a dry heat one and an aromatherapy one.
After your workout, there is a lounge area to sit and relax with free tea, coffee and juice while you read the complimentary papers. In common with all the fitness first clubs this one has a free24hr video/dvd rental library which is a nice touch.
Membership comes in 2 forms off-peak - Monday to Friday before 4pm (you just have to be in before 4pm, unlike some clubs they won't throw you out at 4!) and weekends after 2pm - and peak - anytime. Prices vary from £25/month for off-peak and £35/month peak. One advantage is that the minimum period is 3 months membership, which means you can commit to the gym without feeling tied down to a 12...

...so many changes to it that it isn't really a Relfex any more. The stickers on the relfex are purple by the way (in case that made ANY difference to your reasons for purchasing!)
Aftercare on the Reflex is excellent. It is recommended that after the first season of use, the bat is returned to the bat make you got it from for an end of season service, where the blade is smoothed and sanded, stickers reapplied if that kind of thing is important to you, the handle and splice checked and if you want, a new toe guard and protective coating applied. All of this costs about £20 and is well worth it.
Returns on the Reflex (I have had to use it in the past) are excellent. If your bat breaks or splits during a game, it has definitely happened to me, take it back to the agent and they will replace it free of charge for the first couple of years...
