David Lloyd is turning into a cafeteria with few a pieces of gym equipment attached to it.
They have no respect for members requirements, and after 3 months of training in a building site (as part of the appalingly managed "refurb") - I've now been told have to start paying more money for the priveledge. For my extra money I will get inferior gym equipment (cardio machines are replaced with technogym equipment that doesn't work) and squash courts with craters in them!!!.
After I trawl through the hoardes of children (in the new childrens area that I'm paying for) and pay 100% markup for food that is poor at best. (Red bulld £2.20!!!) I cannot even train anymore!
If you want to do is get fit DO NOT join this gym - it COULD be so good but this gym is all about taking your hard earned cash. David...

...This is one of the first exercise machines I bought back when I though a six pack was just a few sit ups away. I now know it takes alot more than that, however the 'ab-roller' (or ab-flab as it is known in my house) is still an important part of my exercise plan.
First things first, it's easy to set up, which means you're actually going to get to use it rather than have a jumble of metal and foam in the corner of the room for months to come.
Secondly it's really easy to use, and you can feel it working right from the first time you try it. The beauty of these type of machines is that despite being very simplistic they cater for all levels. By moving your torso or legs you can isolate different muscles and so develope all round strength and definition in your stomach.
