This BMX, I believe was originally sold for £199, however I bought it off ebay for £99 and it was barely used and a great bargin.

I have not changed any of my spec on this bike, as soon I intend to sell it so I can build my own flantland bike.

So you know how this bike runs, you have to understand that I am short, very short, and 7 stone in weight, so of course I find this BMX very heavy, but overall, it is a heavy bike anyway and can be quite hard to push to get the speed for jumps etc.

I have had this now, for comming up to my third year and I have never had any major issues with it, when it arrived it was in pieces because of postage and I found it very easy to build.

The best points of this bike are the bearings the wheels and crank run forever without having any maintenance of being changes. The gyro runs very smoothly.

I have managed to slighly buckle the back wheel rim, but as it's slight, at the risk of doing anymore damage I have left it.

I still have the original GT tyres on the bike and they have worn so well, this bike has been ridden so much, as I used to use to to commute to work on a daily basis.

The breaks on this GT aren't great, no matter how often you adjust them, or try out different pads, you just cannot get anough traction to stop effiecently, but this is quite common with most BMX's and you get used to it very quickly and know when to anticipate when to stop.

Legally now, any bicycle ought to be ridden on the road, however I aways ride on the pavement and have never been told to move, either you can just get away with it because the BMX is small, or perhaps people just think I'm a kid.

It's a nice smooth ride, it punctures quite easily and after a while it's earned a little wear and tear so is a little juddery, it lands quite abruptly for some reason, more so than other bikes, It has good proportions to do tail whips etc.

I'm happier using this bike to commute rather than attempt tricks, my brother has ridden it, he's quite a large chunky lad and still is happy with its size and agrees that it is a heavy bike. I believe it is on the large end of BMX bikes in general.

I have searched around online today for this bike to see whether you can still purchase it, I'm afraid your best bet would be to buy one of ebay or second hand as I think it isn't produced anymore.

I can say that it is very reliable and may be boardering the medieval end of the BMX range these days and I accept that it is time to move on but I do really love this bike, its great fun and you know you can wap it about and put it through the wars but know it'll still be fine on the other side.
