The B-Street is back in the USA. Because Banana is the world's best jib design, the B-Street was originally intended to be Gnu's soft flexing, twin, urban, jib board. The B-Street...
more...is an unbelievable all mountain freestyle board. It is unreal in the park, pipe, ice, pow, steeps, and everywhere else. Construction: * Sandwich * Biaxial Glass * True Twin * UHMW Sidewalls * Mervin A1 Core * Sintered Wax Infused Base * Banana-Traction

Get A Grip!
Review of Adidas Tour Traxion Golf Shoe by  the_mad_cabbie

Advantages: Comfortable, waterproof, stylish, good grip.
Disadvantages: Make sure you break them in properly before you hit the golf course!

...'ve played, and am quite taken with them. If anything they are slightly more stylish than my regular pair of Footjoys. (Which are conservatively styled) The shoes are comfortable, afford me excellent traction, and their "cushioned soles", that they expound about at length in their advertising, actually seem to work, as my feet are in grand shape at the end of a round with no pains or aches. The cushioned soles (and heels) are made out of a material called "Adiprene", which sounds suspiciously like golf "double speak" to me. (Designed to sound good, but doesn't actually mean anything!) But the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and they *ARE* comfortable. I suppose I'll just have to put down my initial unpleasant experience with them to the newness of the shoe, and the fact that they weren't broken in. The foam inserts in the soles also seem... Tioga Factory DH - great all-round hardcore tyre
Review of Tioga Factory DH Kevlar by  chrisradband

Advantages: Great all-round capabilities
Disadvantages: perhaps master of none?

...I’ve used the Tioga Factory DH's (26’ x 2.3’) for quiet some time now and I've been pretty pleased with the performance in most conditions. Admittedly, perhaps not king of anything but nevertheless a great 'all rounder' at least competent in all conditions as far as I have experienced and I've done a lot of riding in different places and weather conditions. The knobbles are nice and meaty to ensure plenty of traction both on straights and through the corners. The side knobbles also insure cornering stability and if you do push too hard they are nicely predictable as they slide. Relatively hard wearing so long as you get the good versions rather than the cheap grey market ones... Highly recommended for all round hardcore riding...... Read review

I thought these were meant to be tough
Review of Tioga Factory XC by  PaulCatterall

Advantages: Cheapish, good wet traction
Disadvantages: Easily punctured, encourage punctures!

...My Tioga factory XC's have not really lived up to their name. If indeed they are a cross country tyre, then I guess Tioga designed them for a very flat and uneventful country indeed. I have caught flats on innumerable occasions with these tyres, as for some reason, they embed debris into the tube far too forcefully. They do provide excellent traction in wet mud however, but their rolling resistance is a little greater than desirable on some tracks. Cornering can be a bit of a underwear laundry moment too. The edges don't give too confident a feel to the bike's handling, and on gravel you often find that gnarly descent looking like a trip to casualty is on its way towards you! On the whole, probably a good tyre for light trail work, but leave thanm off the higher spec bikes as they are not really up to the job.... Read review
