When i train i aim to improve on punching power, the weight and effectiveness of this punch bag helps with that as its not too light not too heavy. The foam padding inside also absorbs the shock decreasing the risk of knucke, hand, wrist or even arm injury. It also prevents bruising when used for a long period of time.
For anyone looking for a punch bag i would recommend this as its suited all my needs for a good price and too be honest has lasted me a long period of time.
