im very big into my boxing and this punch bag designed by the famous make "Gold's Gym" tops the mark for my training. Made of black tinted leather it certainly looks the part too!
When i train i aim to improve on punching power, the weight and effectiveness of this punch bag helps with that as its not too light not too heavy. The foam padding inside also absorbs the shock decreasing the risk of knucke, hand, wrist or even arm injury. It also prevents bruising when used for a long period of time.
