Ok, welcome to The most pointless piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. This product is wrong on a number of levels. They are expensive, uncomfortable and also physiologically have more of a negative impact on training than a positive one. Let me explain.

A little bit of background
I would just like to write a review UKTV Gold, or rather G.O.L.D. as it is now known (with the presenters actually spelling out the letters in individual times in quick succession). It is a part of the UKTV family still tough, taking in the likes of History; Drama, and Food to name but a few. At present we have it on Virgin Media on channel number 126, with G.O.L.D. plus one being shown on 127 - whereby, the programmes are actually in fact shown an hour later than on the previous aforementioned channel. G.O.L.D. stands for go on laugh daily, and they even have their own website at golaughdaily.co.uk (or possibly .com - my memory escapes me at these times!).
