...won a dozen off these Callaway HX Tour black balls in a competition and am in love !! I have always played with Titleist Pro V1's in the past and didn't think anything would be able to beat them. These Callaways balls go an absolute mile when spanked off the tee with your driver. I would say slightly further than the pro v1. Callaway have waited a long time before entering into the golf ball market. I welcome them with open arms. After many years playing the titleist hps wound ball I decided to give the callaway a go. ...had been returned to the golf ball cycle for another player to enjoy. We even associated a children's song - 'Do the noodle' with this ball, it really is that legendary. Genuinely though, this is a good ball and you can get a pack for a decent price. Currently it's the only ball I'v come across which has this aesthetically pleasing 'ice' layer. Titleist makes the best golf balls, and has proven them selfs on the pro tour for many years. This is a Titleist budget ball with almost the same performance and feel as the more expensive brother the Pro V1. The Cheeter line is very helpfull, for somone that struggles to line up his putts and can even be used to line up the driver giving you better acurisy ultimitly saving you shots on a round.
