Advantages: Great feel and very impressive design Disadvantages: Havent found any yet! but might not suit the higher handicap players
I bought the nike forged blades in 2006 and am still very impressed with every aspect of them! In terms of performance, they are a relatively small blade but all this does is focus more power into the sweetspot in the centre of the clubface and when struck cleanly gives a soft, powerful feeling and a great result!
In terms of asthetics, they are a very sleek yet simple design and are finished off with a very stylish nike tick on the back of each ... ...player, i would reccommend this blade to lower handicap players as higher handicap players may struggle to strike the ball consistently enough to get the best out of them. If however you are a confident low handicap golfer then you will be thrilled with the performance of these irons and the feel of the ball off the club!
I have had them for over 2 years now and do not intend to change irons for a very long time! ...
...little difficult to control. The Ram was new out and was selling at £99, the shop assistand told me they were going like hot cakes so i trusted his selling talk and purchased a left handed graphite shaft 10 degree. The 450 head was the largest driver head i had ever used, im a 22 handicapper and wanted more distance and a cure for my slice, the Ram didn't do either for me. It looked great the head had a checked black design and felt quite nice however ... ...can easily pick up this Ram for that kind of money now. Yes it looks nice but if you have problems in your game i would recommend you buy something different. I don't think Ram will dominate the world of golf somehow. If you only want to spend £20 then have a go and see what you think. ...
Advantages: Good Price. Accuracy. Disadvantages: Take some getting used to the distance
...look classy. They have got deep cavity heads with a nice red urethane insert in the head.
I hadn’t set out to get these irons but there was a promotion day down at my local driving range and they had reps from Titelist, Callaway, Ping and Wilson there. It was one of those days where all the range balls were free; you just had to try out the different clubs. Bargain.
I must have spent about 2 hours at the range that day, I tried all the different ... ...on tour who promotes Wilson deep red is Padraig Harrington. He uses his own customised set of Wilson clubs.
After a wait of about 2 - 3 weeks for my clubs to come "custom fit" from the Wilson factory, I finally got chance to try out the whole set.
The first thing that I noticed between these and my old set was the distances were completely different.
This alone took a good couple of months getting used to. So don't expect immediate results.
But ...

Review of Deep Red Irons
Advantages: gain extra yardage from tee, easy to hit off the deck, looks good Disadvantages: pricey and sound puts people off
Yes it did , i was in the pro shop about six months ago and the pro was telling me about one of the square drivers that i had been wanting to try, god is that the price of it i said, but he talked me into taking it out for a trial, it took me a few holes to get used to the address of the club head but when i started outdriving my playing partners i was hooked, But the price was the main thing putting me off, so i tryed out a number of similar clubs ...
Advantages: Real good price Disadvantages: Dangerous defect with head detaching from shaft
Hi all, My comment would have been exactly the same as the one by 'beanie8844' till several days ago. But today I've to come up with one important negative point which is I have one of my clubs (P-wedge) turned into 2 pieces after about one month of use on pratice only. More precisely, the club 's head is detached from its shaft & luckily not during a strike. I must also say I've never hit whatsoever 'floor' w/ this club. Above all, what bothers ...
