Long, straight, but you pay the price for it Advantages: good distance, easy to hit straight Disadvantages: expensive I was given 2 hybrids: a 2 and 4 and so far they have been a very good addition to my golf bag. They allow me to play long shots on surfaces which would not favour the use of my regular woods, i.e. longer fairways, rough and slopes. I have been impressed by the distance i have been able to achieve with these clubs too. I can easily hit 250 with the 2 and i asure you i am not a pro. I feel that these clubs are also easier to hit straight, because ... ...plane and this results in abetter end product. Howver the one negative aspect is the cost and if i had to purchase the clubs myself i would think again. Callaway Big bertha irons Advantages: Very Very forgiving/ideal for an improving player Disadvantages: None to speak of,maybe the lack of a 3 iron Why I Bought them I picked these clubs up recently at a pro shop, they had just been traded in and in excellent condition. I have just returned to the game after a 10 year absence and decided that a quality club would get me back on track. I play at around the 95 to 100 mark so I really am a less than average golfer so i can only comment on what feels good to me as a novice. He was spot on I couldn't believe the improvement, I have always struggled to hit long irons...... not anymore. The grips were lovely and the markings on them really helped me to get you set up . The first few strikes of the ball were a bit nervy then I found myself swinging easy and really catching the ball sweet. Great golf clubs at good price but dangerous ... Advantages: Real good price Disadvantages: Dangerous defect with head detaching from shaft Hi all, My comment would have been exactly the same as the one by 'beanie8844' till several days ago. But today I've to come up with one important negative point which is I have one of my clubs (P-wedge) turned into 2 pieces after about one month of use on pratice only. More precisely, the club 's head is detached from its shaft & luckily not during a strike. I must also say I've never hit whatsoever 'floor' w/ this club.
