FULL FAT please
Advantages: feel, accuracy, distance Disadvantages: none yet
...several years ago now that Wilson developed the new Fat Shaft technology. I thought at first that it made so much sense that the other manufacturers would follow suit but that was not the case, however, I still like the idea and it has helped my game (I keep thinking about that old saying - a bad workman always blames his tools?!)
I have been playing golf for 6 years and recently swapped my first set, bought for my by my hubby for a new set of Wilson ... ...I believe that the Wilson Fat Shaft technology has the right idea for these clubs. With club head sizes increasing over the years, it makes sense to increase the shaft diameter producing less torque which means less twisting which means greater accuracy.
A fatter shaft results in significanlty larger tip diameter, depending on the type of clubs.
Wilson Fat Shaft iron's tip diameter is, .500", Hyper Carbon Graphites .535" (compared to the standard ...

Great golf clubs at good price but dangerous ...
Advantages: Real good price Disadvantages: Dangerous defect with head detaching from shaft
Hi all, My comment would have been exactly the same as the one by 'beanie8844' till several days ago. But today I've to come up with one important negative point which is I have one of my clubs (P-wedge) turned into 2 pieces after about one month of use on pratice only. More precisely, the club 's head is detached from its shaft & luckily not during a strike. I must also say I've never hit whatsoever 'floor' w/ this club. Above all, what bothers ...

Want To Hit The Ball Like Tiger Woods
Advantages: Hits the golf ball both longer and straighter Disadvantages: There is a question about its legality.
~ ~ The Callaway ERC driver is the latest offering from the renowned golf club manufacturers Callaway, whose equipment is the choice of so many of today’s top professionals, and hence much sought after and purchased by the sport’s millions of amateurs.
This club is, in fact, in the second stage of its development, the original ERC 1 recently being superseded by Callaway’s latest model, the ERC 2.
~ ~ Before I get into describing ... ...This has been achieved by Callaway using computer-aided design, and revolutionary new methods of manufacturing the clubhead, using a very thin titanium alloy.
The result of this is that the golf ball leaves the clubhead at a higher velocity than with other drivers, and a slight “positive draw” bias has been built in to ensure that the ball will also fly straighter most of the time, even with hits that are less than perfect.

Advantages: gain extra yardage from tee, easy to hit off the deck, looks good Disadvantages: pricey and sound puts people off
Yes it did , i was in the pro shop about six months ago and the pro was telling me about one of the square drivers that i had been wanting to try, god is that the price of it i said, but he talked me into taking it out for a trial, it took me a few holes to get used to the address of the club head but when i started outdriving my playing partners i was hooked, But the price was the main thing putting me off, so i tryed out a number of similar clubs ...

Solid Set of Nike Slingshots here
Advantages: Control, Distance/Power, Durable, Good Looking Disadvantages: not much...
To be as straight forward as possible, I think that these clubs are great. They have are very easy to use, and produce great results. I could tell only a few days after I got them from a friend that these were the real deal. They easily added distance and accuracy to my game, and for that alone I was satisfied. On the negative side, I cannot really find any gaping disadvantages to these clubs. I was completely satisfied with them, as they served ... ...and used. These irons obviously aren't going to be your top end pro irons, but for the casual golfer or for someone who gets out a handful amount of times in a month, like myself, these are perfect. Great value for a wonderful set of clubs that will last me quite some time. ...
