Review of Titleist Vokey Oil Can Wedge by
Dannyisonfire
Advantages: Feel, Price, Looks, Durability. Everything top notch!
Disadvantages: N/a
...Dependant on personal preferance, titleist have a range of loft and bounce options available for this range of wedges. They also have different styles of the vokeys available, they have oil can, raw and steel. The difference been, the steel is a standard club, the raw is designed to rust and the oil can is treated with oil to aid the performance, personally I recommend an investment of all three, just for the variety of the options, through pw, sw ... ...pay. Standard fit is the titleist cord grip, this obviously can be changed to any preferred. This club is a great investment, high and spin rates of especially the oil can and raw wedges tend to suit players that naturally lack them. The steel version is suited to better players that demand better control and feel, the clubs have a very nice feel and weight to them, they are perfect from rough fairway and especially from the bunkers. The head is ...

Titleist DCI 962's
Review of Titleist DCI 962 Irons by
SHadleigh
Advantages: Nice feel, good ball flight
Disadvantages: not for the high handicapper
...owner of a set of Titleist 962s for about a year and a half and have to say that I am nothing but impressed by them. Being a 9 handicapper at the time I was after a set of clubs that would allow me to hit a variety of shots but also was not keen on having to use blades to achieve this. The 962s are definately worth spending £500 on if you are serious about spending this sort of money. They have a very nice look and look good behind the ball - they ... ...not as small as a blade so you do not worry about mishitting it! The produce a quite a low ball flight and are very easy to move both left to right and right to left. In conclusion I would say that these clubs are perfect for someone who is a low handicapper who is not looking for blades. Very highly recommended indeed. ...

Review of Titleist Vokey Chrome 200 Series Wedge by
rollyberkin
Advantages: Looks great behind the ball, great spin rates.
Disadvantages: ???
I bought two wedges from another manufacturer to match my irons, but HAD to go back to my 60 degree Vokey, because there was no feel to the others. My confidence on those high, floaty pitch/lob shots came flooding back when Vokey came home!! I was thinning those 50-70 yard shots into (and over the back of...) the green with my new 60 degree wedge, but Vokey put me back on the green. I can control the spin I get with the Vokey like no other wedge ... ...other clubs!! I don't have a problem with the sun glinting off the surface, I guess I just don't notice!! I can honestly say I will never get rid of my Vokey.....the game is hard enough as it is, with one of these tools in my bag, I know the game will be easier. ...

Vokey design wedges!
Review of Titleist Vokey 258.08 by
alexhoward89
Advantages: great feel, control and durability
Disadvantages: none!
I own two of the Vokey design wedges; 52 and 58 degrees. I have had them for a couple of years now, which on its own shows the good durability of the club as i play a lot of golf and the grooves are still generating good spin.
the main advantages of them are that they have quite a lot of weight, which is concentrated into the head of the club, which increases the feel of the club, and also allows for far greater control as you really can let the ... ...design of the wedge, and the colour of the metal, but through time this changes, especially with the sand wedge, into a more worn look, which i actually find quite a good look!
overall i would definitely reccomend these wedges over any other, and are suitable for all abilities. ...

Brilliant putter
Review of Titleist Scotty Cameron Futura Putter by
V70R
Advantages: Works like a dream.Great weighting,holds line.
Disadvantages: Price and looks will no suit everyone. Needs careful treatment.
...one out when a Titleist rep was at local range. Looks were surprising but it swung so well that I knew that I had to have one.
Bought mine for £189 (10% discount in a special promo) at the time they were making up to £300 on the web.
This putter is stunningly good. It is very difficult to take it back offline and the weighting is just perfect for me. I have my doubts if this puttr would be justified in a high handicapper but better players should ... ...gone from 33 to 30 with my best at 27! Managed 18 holes on our putting green in 25 putts two weeks ago. It is that good.
The sound of the ball off the club face is unusual at first but soon is not noticed. The face is soft so be careful not to ding it..you must use the headcover! I would suggest that you also remove the Scotty pitch repair tool as this is easy to lose or have stolen and will cost £12 to replace. ...
