Get A Grip! Advantages: Comfortable, waterproof, stylish, good grip. Disadvantages: Make sure you break them in properly before you hit the golf course! ...but a pair of white Adidas shoes with black stripes which for all the world looked like a pair of my teenage daughter's trainers. I was even less enamoured when I discovered that they hadn't been purchased in the club professional's shop, which meant I couldn't exchange them for something else. Not that they were a bad looking pair of shoes mind you. Called the "Adidas Tour Traxion" they are a slightly less expensive version of Adidas's best selling ... ...(Great golf shoes) The Adidas shoes were then relegated to my golfing gear graveyard (the hall cupboard) and gathered dust until about two weeks ago, when I came across them again in a periodic (and rare!) clear out. Adidas make Great shoe Advantages: Comfort Disadvantages: Squeek ...a bit individual with the adidas striped going all round the shoe and under the sole. They breath well and are so far, waterproof. the only small problem that when your feeet get slighly damp coz of sweating they start to squeek slightly and can be very annoying. But that is just a small thing and is proably my wonky feet. They are light on foot and are easy walking. Could of been better... Advantages: durable Disadvantages: uncomfortable LACKS COMFORT We got this for my son but was not pleased! - Rubber frame causes discomfort to side of feet. - Cheap material used inside causing discomfort. - Zip gets stuck We went out to play golf with my son on sunday and when we first put it on him he said it felt a little tight, but i thought that was usualy as it is new.
