Get A Grip! Advantages: Comfortable, waterproof, stylish, good grip. Disadvantages: Make sure you break them in properly before you hit the golf course! ...but a pair of white Adidas shoes with black stripes which for all the world looked like a pair of my teenage daughter's trainers. I was even less enamoured when I discovered that they hadn't been purchased in the club professional's shop, which meant I couldn't exchange them for something else. Not that they were a bad looking pair of shoes mind you. Called the "Adidas Tour Traxion" they are a slightly less expensive version of Adidas's best selling ... ...(Great golf shoes) The Adidas shoes were then relegated to my golfing gear graveyard (the hall cupboard) and gathered dust until about two weeks ago, when I came across them again in a periodic (and rare!) clear out. Adidas make Great shoe Advantages: Comfort Disadvantages: Squeek ...a bit individual with the adidas striped going all round the shoe and under the sole. They breath well and are so far, waterproof. the only small problem that when your feeet get slighly damp coz of sweating they start to squeek slightly and can be very annoying. But that is just a small thing and is proably my wonky feet. They are light on foot and are easy walking. Clima Cool is great for the nice weather Advantages: Climacool great in the summer Disadvantages: Wet feet in the rain ! I am an avid golf fan and I recently purchsed a pair of these climacool ladies golf shoes. I purchased them because I own a pair of climacool trainners and thought that they would be just like wearing trainners. Let me tell you that they are not. I bought them from Ebay at £13.00 with £5.00p&p, which at the time I felt that they were a bargin as all other golf shoes that I had taken a look at were starting from £25.99 going right up to £60.00 and ... ...18 holes to break them in, which was very very uncomfortable for my feet, and they are nothing when compared with the climacool trainners. The climacool material itself is fine when playing in the nice weather, but if its been rainning or if the greens are being wartered down then you need to take an extra pair of socks with you. They also cannot be warn when playing in really hot climates. Could of been better... Advantages: durable Disadvantages: uncomfortable LACKS COMFORT We got this for my son but was not pleased! - Rubber frame causes discomfort to side of feet. - Cheap material used inside causing discomfort. - Zip gets stuck We went out to play golf with my son on sunday and when we first put it on him he said it felt a little tight, but i thought that was usualy as it is new.
