...The Slendertone System Abs Belt is a very good device for getting rock hard abs. Not to sound too much like an advert here, I will tell you that the belt itself is very expensive, however if money is of no limit in buying a fitness belt, then this is the 1 to go for. I have tried many others such as the Maximuscle belts which only twitch your muscle fibres and do not actually benefit you in any way what so ever. Slendertone have been around for a while now and know what they are doing. Taking all of this into account, please remember that abs do not come through a vibrating belt. This is only help towards your perfect abs. Your diet and fitness regime must still remain healthy and active in order to prosper from this device. Advantages: Good re-introduction to road bikes

Advantages: Exceptionally bright beam, easily adjustable beam from flood to spot,very high quality construction,very durable, comprehensive instructions, negligible running costs.
Disadvantages: No indication of battery life at all (see review), high initial outlay, VERY difficult to locate in a shop as are the accessories (see review)
