This bat is an absoloutely brilliant, lightweight well manafactured quality piece of willow. The pick up is good but it does depend of what grade bat you have. The bat is available in different grade stars I have the 5 star which is one of the top bats in the Millenium range, it has a nice sweetspot also and I seem to be able to strike the ball to the boundary fence with that big ping of the bat ohh what a lovely sound that is when the ball hits the middle I'm hearing it now. I have left the best piece of bat quality to last because it is simply the best part it of course is the amazing lightness of the bat considering that it has all the power that you could ask for in a bat you would of thought it may be a little on the heavy side but no it's just the right weight because there is some weight you can feel so that you can guide the bat easier for those delicate strokes. Overall this bat is just brilliant a real strokemakers bat and well worth the £100 you would easily pay for it, although the bat will cost a fair bit you should consider it when looking at new bats. Also when purchasing a new bat I would recommend looking into custom bats because the willow is naturally dried to ensure maximum power and quality.
