...I Brought this shirt for around £40, Very Expensive for what is effectively a t-shirt but all the same im happy with it. It's made from 100% polyester and has the sponsor 'Capital One' printed in the central area of shirt in black lettering. The Club crest and Branding make Umbro are both embroidered on. The Kit is all white with red trim down the sides and a red pattern on the shoulders which looks good. Its a lightweight shirt and is comftable to wear the top has two different textures to it, along the back and arms there are what I think are air holes which i presume is to reduce sweat.
This shirt is a must for a forest supporter. Like all the current seasons Umbro Kits, they are all alike, just with different crest's and different colour patterns....

Advantages: cheap, beautiful countryside Disadvantages: groups are too large (although I did go on Bank holiday)
...towards other horses, so I spent much of the ride terrified that someone was going to lose control of their horse behind me and end up with a hoof in their face!
The ride started over Cantref’s own farm land, 15 minutes of riding through meandering lanes and picturesque villages followed before we got of the road and into forest land. ...together but this self-regulation only works up to a point.
The weekday morning sessions (7am - 9am) tend to be extremely crowded as a knock of effect of the closure of Forest Hill Pool. Faster swimmers are likely to find the morning sessions frustrating as it becomes very difficult to overtake in the crowded narrow lanes.
The weekday lunch time sessions (12pm - 1:30pm) are much better, although Mondays are a little busy ( due to everyone swimming off Sunday dinner) and on Wednesdays there is one less lane due to life guard training.
There are a few adult only sessions in the evenings and weekends. These tend to be:
Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm;
Wednesday 9:00pm - 10:00pm;
Friday 7:30pm - 10pm;
Sunday 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
By and large these sessions are quiet, particularly the later evening ones...
