People are already beginning to notice my new toned figure and I was most impressed that I was able to fit into a pair of 28" jeans last night which I haven't done for a LONG time ~ even when I had my other BW belt!! I'm so impressed by the Slendertone FM that I have invested in the toning shorts as well which do bums and thighs, as I am very conscious of the amount of wobbly bits I have that I always cover up. I am due to collect it tomorrow as I was out when they tried to deliver it, but I will post a review up here of them once I have had a bit of use and also update you on how the FM is going. In terms of FM prices, they vary depending on where you buy them. I bought mine direct from Amazon for about £85, but they are on the Slendertone site for £99 or slightly cheaper on eBay. Advantages: Comfortable with superb wicking properties

...I spent hours and hours researching which shirt would be the best for long distance running. Having come to the realisation that a cotton T shirt is vile to run in once you start sweating. The majority of comments I read or heard were full of praise for this shirt and rightly so. Its wicking properties are fantastic and although it is a base layer I wear it on its own and find it keeps me warm enough at the moment (and I feel the cold), but with the colder weather approaching an additional top will be required. It does say it is for cooler to cold weather wear though. It removes moisture from the body very efficiently and is very comfortable to wear. ...flexible leather made from kangaroo leather, this may seem cruel but the quality of this leather is amazing. Some boots for example the mercurial vapours are £110, these provide minimum protection, so if someone was to stand on your foot you might get a broken toe (injury I suffered whilst wearing the Nike boots), they also do not last very long either. The leather on the world cups is also long lasting so if you want a pair of boots for a few seasons here is your answer. Since having these boots I have noticed I have suffered fewer injuries to my feet. Although I have scored more goals in these boots, I feel that this has nothing to do with the boot as boots do not usually make a football player. Although I would recommend these boots to possibly a defender or a central midfielder who would be more likely to be involved in tackles for the ball... Read review
