...no way we could get it through the caravan door! The actual dimensions of this particular airbed are 114cm x 213cm x 47cm and it is described as being "very comfortable and easy to mount". They didn't, however, say anything about getting it through a caravan door! Once inflated, this little monster was going nowhere. Dad and my brother tried for ages, squeezing it at different angle to get it through the door, but it just wouldn't budge. By this time, it was getting dusk and dad was in a vile mood. Mum suggested cold beer and both him, my brother and myself sat down on the mattress outside and swigged from our bottles. Nan just looked on and moaned again (it's what she does best).
Dad deflated the mattress and we brought it into the caravan to set about pumping it up again inside. The caravan was so small and narrow and the mattress...

Having doing hillwalking and low grade rock climbing for a number of years i though i would take the plunge into winter walking. Last year i bought myself a pair of Grivel G10 crampons and the above axe.
The axe is 60cm in length with a wrist lensh on the shaft. The axe head is study and joined to shaft with an eyelet rivet, the same as most axes of this type. The shaft of the axe sounds hollow giving it it's light weight. This does not mean that it is weak, as I used it once as as a hanhold, jaming the axe horizontal across the top of two boulders and hauling myself up on it, the shaft did not bend and their is no sign of cracking.
The shaft appears to have a protective coating on it that also allows for extera grip by having loads of small raised bubbles on it.

I Reckon that this game was a blast to play. i didnt buy this game because it looked really childish, so my little brother bought it instead so i thought that i would play it.
