Gul Dinghy Shorti Wetsuit

Advantages: cheap and good for the summer
Disadvantages: Not good for winter

...The gul titanium 2 full suit wet suit is very good for the summer. Its lets in water because it has a overlock stitch but that doesn't matter for the summer. I would say even on the coldest summer days I could stay out in the sea for about 2 hours before I really start to feel the cold. This wet suit is so good because of its price at only £40 that's better then buying one for a couple hundred. I brought it a surf shop in Hayle called down the line which is a good shop. I would never wear this wet suit in the winter though it is just to thin at about 2mm. It isn't the best quality wet suit you could buy but what do you expect. I would reckon mend this wetsuit to anyone.... Read review

...As I feel the cold quite often when I'm diving I decided to invest in a cyberskin as I had read good reports about it in various dive magazines. I wasn't keen on buying a semi-dry to take abroad with me as I feel they can be cumbersome. I usually wear a 5mm Gul Steamer but felt I needed some extra insulation. The cyberskin is 0.5mm thick and extremely light. The material is silky and flexible and feels extremely comfortable. It comes in women's and men's sizes from small through to XXL and is £65. Although it is only 0.5mm thick it is equal in warmth to a 2mm wetsuit and can be used alone for diving in warmer waters. I bought an all in one with a back zipper but it is possible to purchase it as a separate top and bottoms. Basically the summer is the wrong time to buy a cheap wetsuit as it is when demand is highest. ::: Conclusion ::: As can be seen above, I managed to get a bit of a bargain, which is possibly why I think it is such a good suit for the money. But I think that even at £100 you would still be impressed. It has all the features of some of the more expensive suits but at the price of a cheap suit.
