screws on the tuners, two of them were a bit slack. They are unbranded tuners which look a lot like Wilkinsons.
The pickup is a bridge mounted open faced humbucker which delivers a powerful tone that totally belies the diminutive body mass. For such a small body the resonance and sustain is remarkable and the volume and tone controls are totally noise free.
Hofner have been making instruments since the 1880s and appear to have got the hang of it.
The shorty comes in a choice of three colours, red, black and blue. Mine is a turquoisey sort of blue which is very easy on the eye.
Playability is not at all compromised by the size, although I do recommend the use of a strap to aid support, even when playing seated.
For the price you can't fault this guitar. I would strongly recommend considering one of these if buying for a child ...

ESPRIT has always been one of my favourite fashion labels. I grew up in Germany and always thought that it was a German label only to find out much later that it originated in the USA, San Francisco to be precise, and last year celebrated its 40th anniversary.
For the longest time I avoided ESPRIT clothing, thinking it was too expensive. But over the past couple of years I have changed my mind and most of my wardrobe contains items from different ESPRIT collections. I am a regular customer at most of their London stores and always find something to add to my wardrobe.

Advantages: Keeps you warm Disadvantages: A bit thin for winter surfing
Over all I was pleased with this wetsuit, its does the job and was redeemably priced.
COMFORT AND PARCTICALITY
A wetsuits comfort, whatever make it is will depend on wither it is a short summer suit or a long winter one. A short suit would be more comfortable when the water is warmer and you are spending more time on the beach itself, however if a short suit is too larger it tends to shift around much more giving you're a very sour neck. Most Circle One longies make good summer and winter suits because they are thin enough that you will not get too hot in the summer but it is still bearable in January/ February, however it is still important to get one the right size because wearing one which is too small will restrict your movement and one which is too large will rub on your neck and chest.
