If you have access to the internet you will be surprised just how many sites you can find which will give you ways to use this ball for exercise. I like this product, i prefer it to sit up mats, based on the diversity of programs you can perform on this product, i use it for various programs; like sit-ups, leg strenghtening, spine sreghtening.
