We joined this gym as it is close to home. I find the staff here very friendly and helpful. The facilities are all I need-an average size pool with a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna, a gym with plenty of every type of equipment and also a wide choice of classes to take part in. Relaxation at Living Well, Bristol

Advantages: Everything.
Disadvantages: Finding it.

Showers are closed, though if you were to go inside them you would find broken floor tiles and a leaking roof. Membership Relations are ruthless and to be frank; dishonest

Pool fit for penguins

Advantages: Usually empty
Disadvantages: Awful customer care, lack of pool heating.

LA Fitness head office have no interest in my complaints about the pool and for the way they deal with members you should simply AVOID joining one of their clubs unless you want to be lied to repeatedly.
