Disadvantages: Personally witnessing a long-standing member being refused entry.

OUGHT TO HAVE A WEALTH WARNING: The club appears to tie the members into very long contracts (currently, I believe 12 months notice) and this year when my membership was due for renewal the club did not adhere to their own contract with regards to price increases, 14a & 14b of the contract in particular. Advantages: Friendly, clean and well equipped
Disadvantages: no pool and can get busy at peak times

I have been going to fitness first now for about 6 months after it was recommended to me by my mum who has been going for several years. I feel that is very reasonable and I got membership for only £29.00 p/month and I can go anytime (cheaper packages restrict you to peak/off peak etc) The gym is very well equipped with ample treadmills, bikes and cross trainers for when it is very busy. a disgrace

Advantages: its cheep
Disadvantages: staff are unhelpful, violent and abusive. the management don't care

in my opinion you should never go anyware near this gym. the facilities suck and the staff are very abusive and unhelpful. i seen a disabled person being attacked and no one helped him. member of staff who hit the disabled man still works there. in my opinion, the staff are violent and the managemet just turn a blind eye to this. i found the gym very dirty and unhygenic, there was mould growng on the tiles in the shower area and outside the sauna. ...

Showers are closed, though if you were to go inside them you would find broken floor tiles and a leaking roof. Pool fit for penguins

Advantages: Usually empty
Disadvantages: Awful customer care, lack of pool heating.
