Fantastic Family Relaxed Enviroment
Advantages: Friendly Staff, Family Friendly, Great Facility's Disadvantages: Traffic from the trafford centre
...equipment or a pool but David Lloyd Manchester is something different, what i mean is it still has a pool and gym equipment but its a fun welcoming Place.
Facility's Gym - A fully equipped gym with the latest equipment for use there's never any trouble getting to use the gym equipment you want to use. There is a variety of classes and the staff are friendly and helpful .
Pool - Manchester has three pools two indoors and one outdoor all of which ... ...available for kids which can be a pain at times when there all in the pool.
Studio - The studio is quite large and seems to have a large variety of classes
High 5 Kids Club - Is available for 5-12 year olds has its own section for activity's. They run a kids camp during the school holidays which my kids have been on and the staff were amazing they couldn't do enough to ensure the safety of my kids.

Holmes Place Printworks Manchester
Advantages: Large gym, lots of good classes -RPM,BODYPUMP, friendly staff Disadvantages: Takeover by Virgin, cutbacks have started e.g. towels, sweat-towels, classes
This was the best gym in Manchester and has great facilities and a good-sized pool. However, the takeover by Virgin Active looks set to take it downmarket. Stingy cutbacks such as removing sweat towels and only handing one bath-towel out are the start. There are fears that the Womens' Gym area is to go and that the classes will be reduced and use in-house formats instead of the excellent BodySystems training. Its a shame as there is now a major gap ...

Poor gym, poor value for money
Advantages: Steam room and sauna Disadvantages: Untidy, broken equipment, bad air con, low powered sunbeds, no paper towels.
...to my final point, this fitness first give different people different membership prices for example they only give new offers to new members and dont give anything to existing members, all they offered me was £2 off if i resigned on a 12 month contract. Also they are sly with what each member pays for example i know people that are paying £28, £25, £22 and one person even £18 a month when all of they all have the same membership type. This sort of ...

Pleasant fitness club in manchester
Advantages: Plenty of equipment, classes, and a great view Disadvantages: Cost, location depending on where you are
The Esporta at Salford Quays is probably one of the best in the Manchester area in terms of cleanliness, service, appearance, and equipment. It is lacking mainly in size of the pool, and perhaps location, but the location depends on where you live, so it may be very convenient!
The fitness area includes two levels of machines for Cardio: stationary cycles, sitting cycles, rowing machines, treadmills, step machines, and a variety of other equipment ... ...machines, arm machines, and a variety of specialized equipment for hamstrings and tummy exercises.
Free weights: all the necessary weights and bars you could need.
Stretching/fitness ball area: a floorspace with area for stretching, using small freeweights, or fitness balls.
Spin room: enough room for maybe 30 people (i.e. stationary spin cycles).
Fitness hall: a large area for other aerobics classes.
There is also a pool, separate changing ...

Advantages: its cheep Disadvantages: staff are unhelpful, violent and abusive. the management don't care
in my opinion you should never go anyware near this gym. the facilities suck and the staff are very abusive and unhelpful. i seen a disabled person being attacked and no one helped him. member of staff who hit the disabled man still works there. in my opinion, the staff are violent and the managemet just turn a blind eye to this.
i found the gym very dirty and unhygenic, there was mould growng on the tiles in the shower area and outside the sauna.
