Quite simply, the best gym in the world Advantages: Great classes, great people, great facilities, great support and great fun too. Disadvantages: Absolutely none. How much time have I wasted? Advantages: It will completely change the way you look at your training, and get you ridiculously fit. How was thaaaaat? Out...standing!
