...Another excellent product from the Hope range. The hub is perfect for all types of riding, its light enough for xc riders and also strong enough for the downhill riders. It runs on sealed cartridge bearings that are easily changeable, instructions can be found on the Hope website. The hub body is made of cnc'd aluminum so its light and still strong. It also has the standard 6-bolt disc mount so its compatible with all brake systems. The 20mm axle means it creates a very stiff wheel and front end of the bike that will take all abuse. It comes in all the standard hope colours so you can easily match it to you colour scheme. A superb hub well worth the money, it will last forever... Read review

Advantages: Top quality kit

...as a good quality hard tail bike. I personally don't listen to the folks that go on and on about whether a bike is fit to race or how good it is when your leaping over a jump. Its all rubbish. For the standard rider your never going to notice much of this. Its more important to know that you personally like the feel of riding it and that you have or develop the ability to ride a mountain bike well. If you can't ride a 100 pound bike you wont fair any better of a 1000 pound bike. So to stop rambling, I chose it because I knew the reputation, quality and because I had a Rockhopper Comp way back in the early 90's and it was great then. There are another 3 in the range. ...Heelys are the trainers with the wheel in the heel which were invented by a (now very rich) man called Roger Adams They have been popular in America for a few years and they even have Heelys pro teams as a lot of the skateboarders have got into it. Heelys only really became popular in the UK at the end of last year and everywhere you go it now seems there are kids flying around on them. However its not just kids who buy them, trust me, i work in a shop that sells them and have sold them to plenty of adults, as they are available up to adults uk size 11. The wheels are completely removable and are taken out by hand so that they can be kept clean and dry and also to turn the Heelys into normal trainers but you can walk in Heelys in between skating with the wheels left in in a similar way you would walk in heeled shoes with the weight...
