Advantages: comfortable, flexible and light

Review of Petzl Corax Harness

A good all-round harness

Advantages: Very Comfortable
Disadvantages: Non-Adjustable harness may feel different to a normal harness

I brought this harness after looking at a number of different harnesses both online and offline, mainly becuase of the price. The Ziplock's buckle means that you no longer have to double buckle, which makes putting on the harness easier. I found that these buckles were also eaiser to tighten and loosen, and fitted a good range of sizes. Black Diamond Primrose Climbing Harness

Advantages: Sturdy, Comfortable, Cheap, Rigid Gear Loops
Disadvantages: Only four gear loops

...I own my own Black Diamond Momentum harness and the Primrose is similar in my opinion apart from the colour. In my opinion, Black Diamond are the best make of climbing harness as the leg loops are adjustable and sit well in the groin without causing discomfort. Personally, the most useful part of the Primrose harness is the rigid gear loops. When climbing it is better to have easy access to your quickdraws and nuts ect so a loose gear loop is not ...
