As soon as the ball is spinning, the powerball should be held with the moving parts held away from the palm of the hand (SAFETY: the rotor can reach over 15,000 revolutions per minute, and may cause burns if you hold it the wrong way - though in 3 years this has never happened to me). To begin with, fairly slow, longish circles with your wrist (about 1 circle a second) are needed to keep the powerball spinning. If you hear a knocking noise then the chances are you are trying to 'spin' the powerball too fast, slow your movements down. I found that this is the most difficult part of using the powerball. Despite having used one for over 3 years, I still sometimes need 2 or 3 goes to get the powerball up to speed. ...As I'm an existing owner of a P7 already, many people might think the decision to buy a new one was more than a little strange. And I suppose they might be right.
Why spend £1,000 on a new bike, when I could upgrade my existing one? Well, for starters, although my existing bike had some nice kit on it, it was getting a little long in the tooth at six years old.
The one thing I did like (or rather LOVE) about it though, was the steel frame. While my existing bike was fully rigid, it still flexed enough to make it comfortable and not at all harsh off road. However, I still felt it was time to get front suspension. And so the quest for a new, steel, front susser began.
I looked at many other bikes in the price range, but to be honest, there wasn't a lot of choice. Most other manufacturers are using aluminium at this price range...

...of colours to suit your needs. I have the mist blue ones that go great with white socks. I also managed to get a size 6 1/2 too, which I find hard these days. But due to the variety of sizes nike produce you can pretty much get what you want.
